  • The Chimney Bear Home Maintenance Membership is an annual plan designed to help homeowners keep their essential home maintenance services up to date. Our plans bundle key services at a discounted rate, providing peace of mind and convenience throughout the year.

  • Depending on the membership tier, our plans include:

    • Annual Chimney Inspection & Cleaning OR Gas Log Refresh

    • Dryer Vent Cleaning

    • Gutter Cleaning

    • Furnace Filter Exchanges (every 4 months)

    • Roof Inspection

    • AC Spring Clean

    • Washing Machine Clean-Out (Premium Plan only)

    • Lubricate Garage Door (Premium Plan only)

  • We offer three membership tiers:

    • Essential Plan: $645/year or $53.75/month

    • Standard Plan: $725/year or $60.42/month

    • Premium Plan: $845/year or $70.42/month

  • As a member, you receive priority scheduling, meaning your service appointments will be booked ahead of non-members. This ensures you get maintenance services exactly when needed, even during peak seasons.

  • Members receive a 10% discount on additional services not included in their plan, such as repairs or emergency services

  • Most services occur annually, while furnace filter exchanges are scheduled every four months to keep your system running efficiently.

  • You can call us at 630-601-6993 to speak with a representative who can assist you.

  • Our memberships are billed annually and paid in 12 equal monthly installments. This contract is for one year and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal month by providing notice via email, phone, or text message.

    All services included in the membership are discounted, and the total cost is spread evenly over the 12 months. Services may not be performed every month, but monthly payments are still required as they contribute to the overall membership cost.

    Refunds are not provided once services have been scheduled or completed.

  • If you move within our service area, your membership can be transferred to your new home. If you move outside our service area, please contact us to discuss cancellation options.

  • After you sign up, our team will contact you to schedule your initial services.

  • Yes! You can upgrade your membership anytime by paying the difference in pricing for the higher tier.

  • Yes! You can purchase a family member or friend membership as a thoughtful and practical gift.
